The location here was fantastic, being just a short walk away from the main square and the Tower, while the room was spacious with a nice patio and private terrace.

Location: the hotel was right by plenty restaurants and the leaning tower, cathedral and the Babtistry, and all the bars, cafes and restaurants. I had coffee at Orso Bianco, located within 5 minutes walk. The double room was romantic, included an electric kettle, a microwave and an air conditioning. I've been here for 1 night, the breakfast was overall delicious at the bakery around the corner:)))

The location and friendly welcome. Even parking was easily organised in this central and historic location.
Noise from other guests staying was a bit of a problem.

Right next to the leaning tower, but thats all :(
This is not a hotel. Its just few rooms in locked house. There is no reception. We arrived in the evening and could not enter. There was nobody there. Later a young couple arrived and told us that they are leaving because their toilete is not working and there is nobody to help them. There is also no parking there. Horrible accomodation and staff!

Location not far from Leaning Tower as well as the old centre of Pisa. For tea or coffee visit Orso Bianco nearby. Had double room with a private bathroom and the patio plus nice bed.

It is walking distance from the Leaning Tower of Pisa.
Air conditioning not working well. Very basic rooms. We reserved a room for 4 and only 2 towels present. Additonal towels were presented. No shampoo or soap. Owner gave us two half empty bottles of shampoo. When asked about the soap, suggested that this is not a 5 star hotel. He did provide us with liquid soap but we went and bought a bar of soap in the market. TV remotes had no batteries. Also, he has 5 B&B and only two people to run it. So when we got there, no one was there to let us in. He called and he came within 15 minutes. What if we did not have a phone? Very poor service and attitude! There are other hotels in the area that would be better.

The only thing we like about this hotel is the location!!
There was a few things we didn't like about the hotel. Frist, there was no lift to get up to level 3, Luckly this was our first trip at italy, so we had a few light luggage. Second of all, there was no toilet paper, we flew in from london and I was busting so I had to wait for our host to bring me one. There is no mini-bar, but you can leave your drinks in the main kitchen where you share with other travellers but thats not our style. The bathroom was ok, but the double bed was so uncomfortable, it felt like those cheap fold-up beds!! Most of the time we were doing our sight seeing, there was nothing special about this hotel...oh by the way, luckly we brought our own shampoo & soaps, they didn't have anything like that except for towels.. So if anyone is planning to stay here, just be prepared like we did but overall it was the location that was close to the leaning tower!
